Employee struck by a chunk of metal
On December 11, 2003, Employee #1 was working on the opposite side as the crane operator. While the crane was loading the semi trailer a chunk of metal either s lipped off the magnet or bounced out of the trailer and struck Employee #1 in th e head. He died of a skull fracture to the right orbital plate.
