Employee killed when run over after fall from trailer
A truck and trailer and a crew of three picked up curbside recyclables. Employee #1 was on a platform built on the tongue of the trailer. He did not have any fa ll protection and fell from the platform. He was run over by the 2 axle, 8,760 l b trailer he had been riding on. Employee #1 had a tire track across his back, j ust below the shoulder blades. He died.
