We are pulling off the old deck boards and installing new deck boards. Deck boards are 2x6 cedar tone treated boards. We will leave NO spacing as the boards will have been freshly soaked from the mill and dry out and leave a gap in the decking. We will use 3" exterior deck fasteners on the Project.

The 6 x 18 deck all we are doing is replacing the deck boards for the stairs. The landing structure is staying the same by the door the stringers and the header of the stairs are being rebuilt. Stringers are 16 inches on center with 2 x 6 decking stringers are 2 x 12.
