This includes the following: Free Standing deck that is to be 9x10 - Installation of Diamond piers that will a total of 6-8 depending on the option size of the deck - Installation of deck flashing where the deck will be installed to ensure that all water drains away from the home - Installation of 6x6 posts green treated posts - Installation of three 2x12 triple beams on each side of the deck as this is a free-standing deck due to cantilever - Installation of 2x10 joists every 12" OC - Installation of all joist hanger brackets - Installation of stair stringers that are to be about a 6.75" step-7" step for each riser and land on the concrete patio - Installation of all stair stringer hangers - Installation of Trex Transcend per the material specs -Installation of Trex Transcend hidden fastener system - Installation of the Trex Transcend 12" Fascia board around the deck and down each side of the stairs - Cleanup of all job-related debris each day the deck guys
