THE PROPOSED PROJECT IS AN INTERIOR RENOVATION. PRIMARILY ON LEVEL 1 WITH MINIMAL WORK BEING DONE IN THE BASEMENT FOR SAFETY PURPOSES.
THE LOBBY AND OTHER SPACES FRONTING ON LAKE AVE WILL BE LARGELY UNCHANGED.
THE EXISTING FINISHES AND LIGHT FIXTURES WILL BE CLEANED UP, REPAIRED, OR REPLACED
WHERE NECESSARY.
THE REST OF THE WORK IN INVOLVES FINISHING THE NEW RETAIL SPACES BEHIND THE LOBBY AREA. THE RETAIL SPACES ARE FOR SALES, PRODUCT STORAGE, AND OFFICES
AND WILL RECEIVE NEW FINISHES AND LIGHTING APPROPRATE FOR SALES.
LEVELS 2-4 WILL BE LEFT UNOCCUPIED OTHER THAN TO INSTALL ANY HVAC EQUIPMENT
REQUIRED FOR TEMPERING THE SHELL SPACE AND MEETING ENERGY CODE.
