Proposed tenant will occupy the existing suite as-is for use as a logistics business office. No construction, reconfiguration, or modifications to the building systems are proposed. This project is solely a change of occupancy from the previously permitted F-1/S-1 use to B-Business (office) use. This business will be Lifted Logistics a transportation logistics company for a cannabis company regulated by the OCM. While it is connected to a cannabis company, no actual cannabis will be on site.
