WORK TO BE PERFORMED: Contractor will supply labor and material to re-roof the Lower roof section approximately 3,711 square feet of roof surface as follows: Remove the sheet metal flashing/fascia from the walls and roof perimeter. Remove all gravel from the roof surface. Tear off existing roof composition down to insulation and dispose of it. Inspect insulation. Repair or replace any wet or damaged areas and report replacement per board foot. Install Carlisle or GenFlex 60-mil EPDM synthetic rubber roof membrane system. Membrane will be ballasted using 10 pounds per square foot washed round river gravel. Flash all protrusions, curbs, perimeters, etc. using manufacturerâs recommended details. Inspect all perimeter wood blocking to which the roof will be fastened. Re-fasten this blocking to the structure 2 foot on center with #14 screws. Use reinforced, non-penetrating perimeter termination. Install new perimeter cant fascia metal flashing. Metal flashing will be fastened thro
